Day 1 – Arrival in Cochin

Journey to the
Misty Hills of Munnar

Welcome to God’s Own Country! Upon your arrival at Cochin Airport / Ernakulam Railway Station, our representative will warmly greet you. Begin your scenic drive to Munnar (approx. 4 hours) — a breathtaking hill station blanketed in lush green tea gardens and misty mountains. En route, witness cascading waterfalls and picture-perfect valleys.

On arrival, check into your Munnar hotel, unwind, and soak in the serenity of the hills.

Day 2

Exploring the Charms of Munnar

After a delicious breakfast, set out for a full-day sightseeing tour of Munnar — often called the “Switzerland of South India.” Visit the iconic Mattupetty Dam, the serene Kundala Lake, and the echoing beauty of Echo Point.

In the afternoon, proceed to Rajamalai (Eravikulam National Park) to spot the rare Nilgiri Tahr, an endangered mountain goat species that roams the misty slopes.

Evening free for leisure or shopping for local tea, spices, and handmade chocolates.

Day 3 – Munnar to Thekkady

Into the Wild

After breakfast, check out and drive to Thekkady (approx. 4 hours) — the land of dense forests, spice-scented plantations, and exotic wildlife.

Upon arrival, check into your Thekkady hotel. Later, enjoy a sightseeing tour of Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary, one of India’s finest tiger reserves. Experience the thrill of boating on Periyar Lake, watch elephants bathing on the banks, and breathe in the aroma of cardamom and pepper plantations.

Optional activities (at extra cost): Spice plantation visit, elephant ride, or cultural show.

Day 4 – Thekkady to Kumarakom

Backwater Bliss

After breakfast, depart for Kumarakom (approx. 5 hours) — a charming backwater village on the banks of the Vembanad Lake. Check into your resort and relax as the tranquil waters and swaying palms welcome you.

In the afternoon, explore the serene backwaters by canoe, motorboat, or traditional houseboat, and witness the magical sunset painting the skies in gold.

Day 5 – Kumarakom to Cochin

After breakfast, drive to Cochin (approx. 2 hours) and check into your hotel. Spend the day exploring this vibrant port city, fondly known as the Queen of the Arabian Sea.

Discover the historical Dutch Palace, Jewish Synagogue, St. Francis Church, and the iconic Chinese Fishing Nets. Walk through the charming Jew Town lined with antique shops and spice markets.
