Journey to the Hills of Munnar

Welcome to God’s Own Country! Upon your arrival at Cochin Airport / Ernakulam Railway Station, our friendly representative will greet you and assist you in your transfer to Munnar (approx. 4 hours) — Kerala’s crown jewel nestled in the misty Western Ghats.

As you ascend the winding roads, enjoy the breathtaking views of lush tea plantations, waterfalls, and cool mountain breeze. On arrival, check into your Munnar resort and relax for the evening amidst tranquil greenery.

Exploring the Enchanting Munnar

After a delicious breakfast, embark on a full-day sightseeing tour of Munnar, a picturesque hill station situated 1,600 meters above sea level.

Visit the serene Mattupetty Dam, the shimmering Kundala Lake, and the famous Echo Point. In the afternoon, proceed to Eravikulam National Park (Rajamalai) — home to the endangered Nilgiri Tahr, and enjoy panoramic views of rolling tea gardens and mist-covered hills.

Evening free for leisure, shopping, or a peaceful walk through Munnar’s charming town.

The Spice and Wildlife Trail

After breakfast, check out and drive to Thekkady (approx. 4 hours) — the land of spices and wilderness. Upon arrival, check in to your Thekkady resort and relax.

Later, head out to explore the renowned Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary, one of India’s finest tiger reserves. Enjoy an optional boat ride on Periyar Lake, where you might spot elephants, bison, and various bird species in their natural habitat.

You can also experience spice plantation tours, elephant rides, or attend a Kathakali / Martial Arts cultural show (optional, at extra cost).

Backwaters Houseboat Experience

After breakfast, drive to Alleppey (approx. 5 hours) — Kerala’s enchanting backwater paradise. Board your traditional houseboat at around 1:00 PM for an unforgettable overnight cruise through the scenic Vembanad Lake.

As your houseboat glides through palm-fringed canals and tranquil lagoons, enjoy sights of rustic villages, Chinese fishing nets, paddy fields, and swaying coconut groves. Relish authentic Kerala cuisine served onboard.

At dusk, the houseboat anchors for the night — listen to the soothing sounds of the water under a sky full of stars.

Journey to the Golden Beaches

After breakfast, check out from your houseboat and proceed to Kovalam (approx. 4 hours) — a serene coastal retreat known for its crescent-shaped beaches and golden sands.

On arrival, check into your beachside resort and unwind. Spend the evening enjoying a breathtaking sunset or a leisurely swim at the world-famous Kovalam Beach.

The Southern Tip of India

After breakfast, set off for a day excursion to Kanyakumari (approx. 2.5 hours) — where the Arabian Sea, Bay of Bengal, and Indian Ocean meet.

Visit the Padmanabhapuram Palace, Suchindram Temple, Devi Kanyakumari Temple, Vivekananda Rock Memorial, Gandhi Mandapam, and the Triveni Sangam. Witness a mesmerizing sunset over the confluence of the three seas — a truly spiritual experience.

Return to Kovalam by evening.

Farewell to God’s Own Country

After breakfast, check out from your hotel and transfer to Trivandrum Airport / Railway Station for your onward journey.
